The role emphasizes proactive client service, clear communication, and collaboration with the sales team to grow accounts. Licensing training is available; license within 6 months is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Life & Health license preferred; licensing training available.
• Proven experience in an account management or client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage adjustments.
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for client growth and retention.

• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.

• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
