Position Overview

We are hiring an Account Manager to drive business growth. If you are passionate about building strong customer relationships and increasing revenue, this role is for you. Your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring maximum revenue through strategic account penetration, including finding, generating, and developing new customers while retaining existing ones.

Location

This position is remote and will be performed in the Greater Metro Phoenix area.

Role Details
  • Generate sales and manage pricing to meet margin goals and grow market share in your territory.
  • Develop and execute a business plan for each account to build profitable, long-term partnerships.
  • Identify customer needs and create action plans to meet them.
  • Analyze market opportunities and sales data.
  • Attend sales meetings and report on activities and new developments.
  • Travel daily within the territory, with some overnight stays.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development or an Associate’s Degree (AA).
  • Proven success in Business Development and Sales.
  • CRM/Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major violations in the past 3 years.
Compensation

Base salary starts at $75,000, plus incentives. Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan. Actual pay may vary based on experience, seniority, and location.
