Job description

Purpose and Scope

The Account Manager, Men's Health- Arizona (Remote In Territory) will engage Healthcare providers and key customers in an assigned geographical area, communicating clinically focused messages to grow revenue and meet product goals. The role requires consistent high performance, exceeding forecasts, while adhering to all Tolmar policies and US pharmaceutical promotion regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with regional and home office teams to address customer needs, market trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and company objectives within the territory.
  2. Participate in initiatives supporting sales success, including industry congresses, regional meetings, and medical conferences.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Organizational skills and diligent follow-up.
  • Negotiation and sales techniques, with accountability in executing plans.
  • Aptitude for scientific and technical product knowledge.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in science, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in training office staff, nurses, and managers.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment; sitting and standing required.
  • Up to 50% overnight travel.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Travel by air as needed.
  • Availability for extra hours and weekends.

Compensation

Base salary range expected between $85,000 and $105,000/year, with final offer based on qualifications and experience. Compensation may vary during the year due to market conditions.
