We are looking for a sales-forward Account Manager to join our team and be a key player in developing and maintaining client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction across B2B and B2C deals. You’ll work closely with both new and existing clients in a high-volume and fast-paced environment to finalize deals and provide exceptional customer service post-sale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Identify sales opportunities by understanding client needs.
  • Work to convert inbound and outbound leads from prospects to loyal repeat clients.
  • Resolve customer concerns.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain CRM with accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Represent the company at industry tradeshows and networking events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive more sales and ensure client needs are met.

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • Minimum 2 years of Account Management or B2B (it’s also B2C on privates).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills both over the phone and in person.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues or needs.
  • Confidence working with numbers, including basic math and percentages.
  • The ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required—we provide comprehensive training).
