Job summary

Eagles Point Security in Los Angeles, CA is hiring an Account Manager to oversee contract security operations across LA and Riverside counties. You will lead teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining service standards.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule; salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience. Occasional evenings, weekends, and travel to client sites may be required. Interviews are conducted virtually.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Manager in contract security.
• Supervisory experience in security/field operations.
• Knowledge of Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across accounts in LA and Riverside counties; ensure service standards.
• Hire, train, coach, and manage security staff; take corrective action as needed.
• Act as primary liaison between clients and the company; build trust and partnerships.
• Coordinate schedules, approve payroll/time-off requests, verify invoicing accuracy.
• Monitor after-hours emergencies and provide in-field coverage as needed.
• Contribute to service delivery improvements and staff development.
• Establish post orders and site protocols for each property.

Position: Account Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (portfolio includes sites in Los Angeles and Riverside counties)
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility required; occasional evenings and weekends based on client needs)
Pay:$60,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience and availability | Bonus & Incentive Programs discussed during interview

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned accounts in Los Angeles and Riverside counties and ensure service standards are met
• Hire, train, coach, and manage security staff; take corrective action when necessary
• Act as primary liaison between clients and the company, building trust and strong partnerships
• Coordinate schedules, approve payroll/time-off requests, and verify invoicing accuracy
• Monitor and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
• Conduct periodic post checks and provide in-field coverage during staff shortages or urgent gaps
• Contribute to service delivery improvements and staff development efforts
• Establish post orders and site-specific protocols for each property in your portfolio

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in contract security (Required)
• Prior supervisory experience in a security or field operations setting
• Knowledge of the Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Solid understanding of team scheduling, coverage, and labor management
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between client sites
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends
• $60,000 – $70,000 annual salary, based on experience and availability
