Job summary

Eagles Point Security in Los Angeles, CA, seeks an experienced Account Manager to oversee operations, lead security teams, and maintain exceptional client satisfaction across a portfolio in Los Angeles and Riverside counties.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, plus potential bonuses discussed during the interview.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in contract security (Required).
• Prior supervisory experience in a security or field operations setting.
• Knowledge of the Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Solid understanding of team scheduling, coverage, and labor management.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between client sites.
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned accounts in Los Angeles and Riverside counties and ensure service standards are met
• Hire, train, coach, and manage security staff; take corrective action when necessary
• Act as primary liaison between clients and the company, building trust and strong partnerships
• Coordinate schedules, approve payroll/time-off requests, and verify invoicing accuracy
• Monitor and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
• Conduct periodic post checks and provide in-field coverage during staff shortages or urgent gaps
• Contribute to service delivery improvements and staff development efforts
• Establish post orders and site-specific protocols for each property in your portfolio

Position: Account Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (portfolio includes sites in Los Angeles and Riverside counties)
Type: Full-Time
