Location
This position is 100% remote; this position does not require travel other than for special occasions like conferences or events.
Overview
When our sales team brings on a new account, we want to make sure the client is always taken care of. This is where you come in as our new Account Manager! You’ll be responsible for managing current and new client engagements. As part of the Account Management team, you’ll bridge the gap between sales and internal operations.
Is the client happy? Do they have new goals that Mobile Health can help them achieve? Are current projects being properly executed? The Account Manager will make sure to have the answers to these questions. This individual will oversee internal resources assigned to a client engagement, with direct responsibility for delivering work on time, on budget, and on strategy. This role will be a resource for other team members on project-related tasks and client needs. Do you have outstanding project management skills?
