Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will nurture client relationships, manage key accounts, coordinate interpreters, and support business growth in interpreting services. The role involves managing requests, troubleshooting, and ensuring client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as their primary contact.
  2. Understanding Client Needs: Collaborate with clients to understand interpretation requirements and ensure service alignment.
  3. Interpreter Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interpreters for on-site and remote appointments.
  4. Solution Delivery: Ensure interpreters are informed and prepared for appointments.
  5. Account Profitability: Meet profitability metrics and collaborate with recruitment if additional resources are needed.
  6. Teamwork & Knowledge Sharing: Participate in team initiatives and share insights.
  7. Retention & Renewals: Address client concerns proactively to ensure renewals.
  8. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and contribute insights.
  9. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of account management experience, preferably in language services or interpretation.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate client needs into solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Flexible to industry changes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.
  • Salary: $40,000 - $50,000/year plus performance bonus.
  • Location: Remote within the US.
