We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and work closely with the Brand Manager to support and manage various e-commerce accounts, including Amazon and Walmart. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining account health, optimizing product performance, and driving revenue growth.

This is a full-time role with flexible working hours, though a minimum overlap of 8 AM – 2 PM Central US Time is required to ensure effective communication and collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage Amazon and Walmart vendor/seller accounts, ensuring compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor account health metrics and promptly resolve any issues, including customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations and resolve account-related challenges.
  • Manage cases and troubleshoot issues related to accounts, listings, and operations.
  • Create and optimize product listings (general info, copy, content, images, and videos) on Amazon/Walmart.
  • Develop and maintain variation groupings and troubleshoot listing issues on Amazon/Walmart.
  • Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and dashboards, making recommendations on product assortment, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel formulas to support data analysis and reporting.
  • Stay current on Amazon/Walmart policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts is required, preferably with a focus on Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Prior experience in the e-commerce sector is essential, with a demonstrated ability to manage and optimize product listings, monitor account health, and improve operational workflows.
  • A strong working knowledge of the Amazon marketplace ecosystem, including an understanding of platform algorithms, policies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with third-party e-commerce tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting sales data, traffic trends, and customer feedback to drive business decisions
