Qualifications

• Staffing, recruiting, account management, or sales experience preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
• Experience with Bullhorn or other CRM/ATS platforms is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of client accounts.
• Build long-term relationships through regular client visits and communication.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and staffing services.
• Partner closely with recruiters to ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences.
• Resolve issues quickly while providing best-in-class customer service.
• Maintain client activity and account information in Bullhorn CRM.
