Position Overview

We are hiring an Account Manager to build strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth. Your main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring maximum revenue through strategic account management, and expanding our customer base while retaining existing clients.

Work Location

This position is remote within a designated geography, based in Westbrook, Maine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets by managing pricing and market share.
  • Create and execute account-specific business plans.
  • Identify customer needs and develop action plans.
  • Analyze market data and opportunities.
  • Attend sales meetings and report on activities.
  • Travel within the territory, including some overnight stays.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development or an Associate’s Degree with relevant experience.
  • Proven success in sales and business development.
  • CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the past 3 years.
Compensation

Starting at $75,000/year plus a 43% monthly incentive. Compensation includes a commission/incentive plan and varies based on experience, location, and seniority. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. We are an equal opportunity employer.
