Job description

As an Account Manager II at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success by managing key accounts and building strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, delivering tailored solutions, and contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Zone Manager and work remotely across the ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, Eastern NY, and Greater NY Metro areas. Your impact will be felt through effective account management, revenue growth, and strengthening Honeywell's market position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary contact for customer relationships.
  2. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  4. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with teams to deliver value-added solutions.
  5. Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitors, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  7. Conduct Fall Protection Training using Miller Road Show truck trailer.
  8. Travel up to 80% as required.

Salary Range

The annual base salary ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 depending on location and experience. This role is incentive plan eligible. Salary offers are based on various factors including experience, education, skills, and market conditions.

Additional Information

Honeywell plans to sell its PPE business to PIP, a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners, anticipated to close in the first half of 2025. This role is expected to be part of this transition.
