Job summary

Somafina, a growing co-manufacturer of vitamins and supplements in Utah, is seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships from initial contact to project completion.

In this full-time role in Layton, UT, you will coordinate orders, attend client meetings, collaborate with internal teams, provide timely updates, and help ensure on-time delivery while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage orders and coordinate with internal teams.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Engages with clients from beginning to end of a project via phone, email, and in person.
• Reviews all incoming purchase orders and uploads them to begin the manufacturing process, ensuring orders are correct to avoid delays.
• Attends client meetings via conference calls or in person.
• Engages with internal teams across all departments to ensure projects stay on track.
• Maintains ownership of each order through follow-up until projects are completed.
• Provides updates to clients to keep them informed of order status.
• Provides a weekly open order report with accurate details to sales reps and customers.
• Responds to clients quickly, accurately, and professionally through written and verbal communications.
• Maintains sensitivity and confidentiality of client and company information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
