Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and in person from project start to finish.
  • Review purchase orders and upload them to start manufacturing, preventing delays.
  • Attend client meetings and coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on track.
  • Provide clients with order status updates and weekly reports to sales reps.
  • Troubleshoot issues promptly and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Engages with clients from beginning to end of a project via phone, email, and in person.
  • Reviews all incoming purchase orders and uploads them to begin the manufacturing process, ensuring orders are correct to avoid delays.
  • Attends client meetings via conference calls or in person.
  • Engages with internal teams across all departments to ensure projects stay on track. Maintains ownership of each order through follow-up until projects are completed.
  • Provides updates to clients to keep them informed of order status.
  • Provides a weekly open order report with accurate details to sales reps and customers.
  • Problem-solves issues as they arise during the process, and knows when to escalation for help.
  • Responds to clients quickly, accurately, and professionally through written and verbal communications.
  • Uses multiple databases and tools to interpret critical information for client communications.
  • Provides support documents as requested.
  • Maintains sensitivity and confidentiality of client and company information.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Works towards established goals to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Supports and is involved in company, department, and/or safety policies, procedures, programs, and activities.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
