Cella, a Randstad digital company, seeks an Account Manager III to serve as the primary liaison between the in-house ad agency and brand teams in Mettawa, IL. The role involves managing day-to-day relationships with agency staff and external resources, ensuring alignment with client objectives and campaigns.

The position requires 3–5 years of total account management experience, a bachelor's degree, and in-house/ad agency experience.

• Total account management experience - minimum of 3-5 years.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• In-house ad agency/ad agency experience.

• Ability to manage high volume project scope in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details.

• Direct the end-to-end development of digital, video, and print deliverables aligned with brand standards.
• Navigate assets through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) reviews for compliance and launches.

Location: Onsite hybrid in Mettawa, IL (onsite 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week)
Type: 1 year contract with potential for extension
Compensation Range: $40 - 45 per hour
The Account Manager III serves as the primary liaison between the inhouse ad agency and the brand teams and is responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships within the Agency. Working in partnership with the Agency's creative staff and external resources/suppliers, the position provides strategic direction through tactical execution to help the brand teams meet their business objectives/sales goals.
Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic brief ideation and kickoff sessions to translate brand marketing objectives into high-impact creative campaigns.
• Partner closely with project management teams to establish accurate project timelines, generate scope estimates, and manage financial health and budget reconciliations.
• Direct the end-to-end development of digital, video, and print deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client expectations.
• Navigate assets through formal Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes to achieve full compliance and timely campaign launches
