Cella by Randstad Digital in Bentonville, AR is seeking a senior contract consultative partner to translate complex briefs into impactful brand experiences. You will own end-to-end alignment for omnichannel initiatives, shaping design systems and brand identity across enterprise touchpoints.

You will architect intake frameworks, align executive stakeholders with creative directors, and drive governance to deliver high-visibility marketing assets and cohesive brand systems for major initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading creative account management, brand strategy, or visual design workflows within a top-tier agency or enterprise in-house team.
• Experience transforming complex, ambiguous briefs into structured creative briefs and scalable design solutions.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end omnichannel brand systems and high-impact marketing assets for enterprise initiatives.
• Excellent consultative communication and stakeholder management skills.
