Job summary

Ascendion is hiring in Irvine, CA for a full-time Agency Recruiter role operating in a hybrid model (2-3 days in office). The position requires 2+ years of agency recruiting experience and a proven ability to partner with clients and hiring managers to drive end-to-end recruitment campaigns.

The candidate will own the full lifecycle recruitment process, build long-term client partnerships, and contribute to revenue growth through successful placements.

• Experience working directly with clients or managing accounts.
• Ability to operate in a hybrid environment (2-3 days in office) in the Newport Beach / Irvine area.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (required)
• Experience working directly with clients or managing accounts
• Proven track record of placements and revenue generation in agency recruiting
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2-3 days per week in office) in the Newport Beach / Irvine area

• Total OTE between $150,000-$400,000
