Redcore Group seeks an Account/Partner Manager to cultivate relationships with sports providers and manage day-to-day communications within the iGaming ecosystem. Focus on understanding sportsbook fundamentals and coordinating with product teams to align provider capabilities with business needs.

The role involves researching GEOs, identifying new products and opportunities, and representing the company at industry events. A proactive, communicative professional will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Management, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of the iGaming industry and its key business processes.
• Basic understanding of Sports Betting products and sportsbook fundamentals.
• Experience working with external partners/providers and managing day-to-day communication.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support on all matters related to Sports providers and their products.
• Act as the main point of contact for existing providers, maintaining effective communication and supporting day-to-day cooperation.
• Research key GEOs and market trends to identify new products, providers, and opportunities for portfolio development.
• Coordinate provider-side improvements and follow up on requests, issues, and development initiatives.
• Research and establish relationships with new potential providers.
• Attend industry conferences and exhibitions, represent the Sports Domain, and build relationships with current and potential partners.
• Work closely with Product Managers and internal teams to align provider capabilities with product and business needs.
