Job summary

Mesilla Valley Transportation in Laredo, TX is seeking a Staff Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across departments. You’ll develop sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers to fill roles efficiently.

You will represent MVT at job fairs and campuses, build leadership partnerships to improve processes, and promote the employer brand in the community.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with ATS platforms like Tenstreet (preferred).
• Resume databases like Indeed (preferred).
• Microsoft Office experience (required); strong Microsoft Excel knowledge (preferred).
• Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus!
