Mesilla Valley Transportation in El Paso, TX is seeking a Local Pick-Up & Delivery Planner for the night schedule. You will plan trucks to service contract freight and coordinate with Operations to maintain on-time service.

Responsibilities include routing local drivers, monitoring performance, communicating delays to Customer Service, forecasting challenges, and advising on capacity for next shifts. This is a full-time role with a strong team environment across the 48-state network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics with moderate knowledge of Motor Carrier Operations and Geography.
• Apply knowledge of Motor Carrier Resources to meet company, customer, and driver needs.
• Moderate knowledge of North American Supply Chain Network and Operations.
• Competent user of MS Office.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Join the MVT Family! Mesilla Valley Transportation is now hiring a Local Pick-Up & Delivery (P&D) Planner for the night schedule in El Paso, TX!!!

Local Pick-Up & Delivery Planner is responsible for planning trucks to service contract customer freight and ensure optimal equipment utilization. They will work together with Operations teams to ensure on-time service is met per customers' expectations.

Schedule:

Sunday-Tuesday 6am-6pm; Wednesday 12pm-6pm
