Mesilla Valley Transportation in El Paso, TX seeks a Night Shift Customer Success Specialist to support the Extended Coverage Team (ECT). The role is scheduled 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., 4 on-4 off, with varying weekend hours and a training period 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include clear, courteous communication with customers, accurate data entry, teamwork, and delivering a high level of customer service across operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
• Competent user of MS Office.

Responsibilities

Join the MVT family!!! Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring Customer Success Specialist to support the Extended Coverage Team (ECT) in El Paso, TX! The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for efficiently and effectively supporting our operational teams during evening hours.

Night Schedule: 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., 4 on - 4 off (Days Vary)

Weekend Schedule: Saturday and Sunday: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. then Friday and Monday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. based on business needs

Training Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Key measures of success include:

• Provide timely and courteous communication with customers.
• Be recognized by team, peers, and customers as a key supporter.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
