Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management or related fields.
• Experience managing client relationships and resolving service issues.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with work orders or CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
