What You'll Do

• Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for business owners, executives, and facilities managers - turning visual concepts into tangible products. Business-to-business experience preferred.
• Flawless Execution & Specs: Oversee custom orders from inquiry to delivery, ensuring precise quotes, artwork specifications, and project timelines.
• Proactive Follow-Up: Drive repeat business by promptly following up on quotes, project milestones, and client inquiries.
• Account Growth: Identify upselling opportunities and consult with customers to provide custom graphics solutions tailored to their goals.
