You will coordinate with business owners and facilities managers, ensure precise quotes and timelines, and pursue upsell opportunities to grow accounts in a fast-paced visual graphics environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer-facing sales, account management, or consultative customer service.
• High attention to accuracy in quotes, specs, and timelines.
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships; be the main contact for owners, executives, and facilities managers.
• Oversee custom signage orders from inquiry to delivery, ensuring accurate quotes and specs.
• Drive repeat business through proactive follow-ups on quotes and milestones.
