The Account Manager acts as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring excellent service. Responsibilities include identifying upsell opportunities, monitoring account performance, creating solutions, and closing sales. Job Responsibilities
  • Engage with current customers to promote different products
  • Understand client needs, workflows, and challenges
  • Maintain Salesforce with real-time data
  • Present information effectively to customers
  • Address client questions and follow up
  • Analyze call ratios and optimize sales pipelines
  • Build and close sales opportunities
  • Develop client relationships

  • Negotiate contracts and renewal agreements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience; degree not mandatory
  • Experience in agribusiness sales technology preferred
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Persuasive, goal-oriented, energetic, and friendly
  • Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of industry services and sales processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred
  • This is a remote position within the US
