Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

About the Role:

The Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization by managing and nurturing key customer accounts. This position is responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities for new business development within existing accounts, contributing to overall revenue growth. By collaborating with internal teams, the Account Manager will ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, fostering long-term partnerships. Ultimately, the success of this role is measured by client retention, satisfaction, and the ability to expand account portfolios.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, with a focus on large or key accounts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a specific industry relevant to our business.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.
