Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. in Farmington Hills is seeking an experienced account manager to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with design delivery and service teams for domestic customers.

Under supervision, you will manage bookings, support sales efforts, and coordinate inventory and shipping while developing new client relationships in a growing North American logistics and procurement context.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in account management or customer service.
• HS diploma/GED required; higher degree in business preferred.
• Experience handling inquiries, orders, and sales promotions.

Responsibilities

• Contacts other company units regarding design delivery or service matters.
• Manages the booking of the business.
• Processes customer inquiries and orders and expedites with delivery of products and/or services.
• Acquires new clients through sales, promotions, and development.
• Controls inventory and scheduling shipments.
• Develops sales contacts and performs limited sales functions.
• Under supervision, performs varied work with limited decision authority.
