Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience entering orders into a systems platform.
• Ability to expedite customer orders and manage demand schedules.
• Regular servicing and stocking at customer plant locations.
• Build strong working relationships with customer contacts at multiple plants.
• Proactive approach to meet customer requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into the SX system.
• Expedite customer orders: quotes opportunities; manage demand schedules.
• Regular servicing and stocking of customer plant locations.
• Build a strong working relationship with customer contacts at multiple plant locations.
• Improve customer relations by being pro-active and consistently involved in meeting the customer’s requirements.
• Maintain a positive mental attitude to customers and fellow associates.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
