Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated, a leading global electrical solutions manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service/Quotation Specialist to own accounts, coordinate technical and commercial requirements, and act as the primary contact for customers. You will prepare final quotations, review orders for acceptance, and support field sales and customers on product needs.

The role requires a BA/BS in Business or Marketing and 2-4 years in customer service, with strong listening, negotiation and communication

Qualifications

BA/BS in Business or Marketing or related field preferred.
2-4 years customer service experience preferred.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Own a set of accounts or territory and provide outstanding service.
Review quotation requests promptly and submit to BU’s with comments.
Organize and review all bids with special commercial bid requirements.
Liaise among Engineering, Marketing, Field Sales, and customers on product requirements.
Prepare final quotation including commercial and technical requirements.
Identify opportunities within accounts and collaborate with sales teams to drive growth.
Oversee review of purchase orders to ensure defined requirements.
Discuss important quotations and orders with CSS, TM and RVP.
Coordinate resolution of customer complaints, warranty replacements, and return goods.
Resolve credit and accounts receivable issues.
