Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a leadership‑driven Customer Service Manager to lead, mentor and supervise a CS team as they satisfy, transact, communicate and resolve business solutions with customers and sales. You will improve the customer experience with HPS, manage order entry, review terms, and ensure orders ship promptly while coaching the team and aligning with company policies.

A BA/BS and 5+ years in customer service or project management are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or Marketing related fields preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of customer service and/or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a CS team to satisfy and resolve customer issues.
• Improve customer experience with HPS and drive growth.
• Approve Returns, Warranties and Credits within guidelines.
• Monitor orders, review terms, and ensure on-time shipping.
• Provide coaching and identify training needs.
