Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks an Associate Applications Engineer to support customers and internal teams in promoting and selling high-voltage switch products. You will provide technical support, prepare quotations, and liaise between engineering, manufacturing, and sales across domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers, service reps, field reps, agents, and Hubbell subsidiaries with technical support.
• Prepare pricing and technical data for quotations.
• Coordinate between engineering, manufacturing, and sales.
• Provide product technical support to end users and channel partners.
• Assist engineering with design and testing of products.
• Provide pricing, class code, and product information for quotations.
• Review orders for accurate product application, price, and delivery.
• Review quotations for order terms and sale conditions.
• Assist in preparation of technical publications and reviews.
• Review customer product specifications and maintain files.
• Assist in organizing materials for seminars and trade shows.
• Offer recommendations on product applications using calculations, drawings, and standards.
