Job summary

American Data Network is seeking an experienced Account Lead, Data Abstraction Services to coordinate and support assigned data abstraction client accounts. This full‑time role suits candidates with registry lead or quality lead experience, focusing on client-facing coordination and oversight.

The role serves as the primary contact for accounts, ensuring timely, accurate abstraction work and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare quality abstraction, clinical registry, chart review, or data abstraction experience.
• Experience with Core Measures, NCDR, STS, GWTG, NHSN, trauma, or related registries.
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality reporting and abstraction accuracy expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organization and time management with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate priorities, deadlines, and workflows across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts, coordinating questions, updates, and feedback.
• Coordinate activity across abstractors, client contacts, and internal teams to ensure accurate abstraction work.
• Monitor progress, deadlines, and documentation; escalate barriers early.
• Maintain client account documentation to support progress, billing readiness, and quality reviews.
• Assist onboarding of new abstractors to accounts and client workflows.
• Support abstraction quality through IRR, validation, and feedback cycles.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams; build strong client relationships.
