Job summary

Master Halco, fence and deck supply leader in North America, seeks an Account Development Associate at our local Denver branch. You will build customer relationships, perform inside and occasional outside sales calls, and drive profitable growth with assigned customers.

Expect a base salary and bonus program, with day-shift hours and benefits including health care, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and PTO. Travel to assigned customers as needed to grow sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales and customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong sales, customer service and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to learn ERP/CRM software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships and sales activities.
• Interact with customers by phone, in person and electronically.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing needs promptly.
• Work with a sales team to grow branch and company sales and profitability.
• Learn and sell all products and services offered by the company.
• Enter orders in the ERP system and coordinate delivery or pickup.
