Job summary

Master Halco, Inc. is seeking an Account Development Associate at our Denver branch to drive both inside and outside sales. You will build relationships with current and prospective customers, provide value, and grow profitable sales with a base of target accounts.

Occasional face-to-face outside calls will complement inside activities, with a core emphasis on delivering superior customer service. Responsibilities include handling orders, creating quotes, and coordinating delivery while learning

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication/people skills (written and verbal).
• Strong sales, customer service and negotiating skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Proficient in Infor M3, CRM, MS Teams, Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and sales activities.
• Interact with customers by phone, in person and electronically.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly and accurately.
• Grow sales and profitability as part of a sales team.
• Enter sales orders in the ERP system and coordinate delivery or pickup.
• Generate formal quotes using the ERP system.
• Support Outside Sales Associates as assigned.
• Travel to assigned customers to develop relationships and growth opportunities.
