Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Customer Development Representative to increase sales within existing customer accounts in a dedicated market territory in Sacramento, CA. You will leverage warm relationships to grow organic revenue by selling additional products and services.

The role offers competitive base salary with total first-year compensation ranging from $55,000 to $120,000, with incentives, an uncapped commission structure, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Mobile Technology, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
• Outside B2B sales or route sales experience preferred.
• Drivers must meet minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing clients by identifying opportunities and offering additional services and solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to develop strategies to grow market share.
• Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed.
• Achieve 80 activities per week including 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations and 1 sale.
