Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Manage deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups with attention to safety and showroom standards.
• Provide white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
