Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to manage an assigned portfolio of rental accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, driving account performance, and completing deliveries and pickups. You will maintain showroom standards and help secure payment commitments, while adhering to RAC values and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Deliver white-glove in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Complete deliveries and pickups and maintain showroom standards.
