Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance. You will handle deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections while maintaining store standards and safety guidelines.

The role offers full-time hours, weekly pay, and benefits, with opportunities for advancement within the RAC mission and core values. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and pass a background check where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise and drive a box truck.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Perform early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection targets.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups with care and timeliness.
• Deliver in-store, phone, and in-home white-glove service to customers.
• Contribute to sales growth by generating new rental agreements and maintain showroom standards.
