Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts, deliver white-glove service, and drive sales growth through strong customer relationships. The role includes performing deliveries and pickups, coaching payments, and maintaining showroom standards while adhering to RAC values.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age with a valid driver’s license, and proven communication skills. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account-management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines.
