Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection targets.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver exceptional in-store, phone, and in-home customer service.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise; keep showroom and vehicles tidy.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
