Goosehead Insurance is seeking an Account Executive for one of our successful franchise partners. You will build a book of business through prospecting and referral partnerships, serving clients by understanding insurance needs and presenting tailored solutions from a broad carrier portfolio.

In addition to comprehensive training in Salesforce and sales processes, the role offers uncapped commissions and a clearly defined career path within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
• Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
