Responsibilities include prospecting, developing referral partnerships with real estate and mortgage pros, and delivering tailored insurance solutions from a large carrier portfolio. Licensing occurs after hire.

Qualifications

• Pass the state licensing exam after hire.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment is preferred.
• B2B or B2C sales experience or related college major.
• Strong networking abilities and relationship-building.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a hands-on self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and establish referral partner relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals.
• Work with clients to understand insurance needs and analyze options from a large carrier portfolio to provide tailored solutions.
• Build a book of business and drive new revenue on a monthly and annual basis.
