Job summary

Real Floors in San Diego is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales for flooring products and installation services. You will focus on multi-family and apartment accounts, generating new business while maintaining existing relationships.

You will present products, prepare floor plans and pricing, and help customers select optimal solutions. A strong hunter mindset and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate hunter sales instincts and a track record of prospecting and closing.
• Ability to manage time, priorities and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate maximum sales profitability and penetration within multi-family/apartment sectors.
• Prospect new business, demonstrate products, and assist clients in selecting solutions.
• Provide complete information for new accounts and prepare floor plans/pricing.
• Address customer concerns promptly and meet monthly/quarterly goals.
• Report pricing/commercial intel and inspect job sites as needed; maintain showroom.
