Based in Colorado Springs, this full-time role offers a base salary plus monthly commission and an expense allowance, with uncapped earning potential for top performers.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the multi-family industry.
• Proven ability to prospect and close new business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and MS Word.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation for daily travel within Colorado Springs area.

About The Role

We’re seeking a Sales Account Executive to help us drive growth in the Colorado Springs market. If you excel at B2B prospecting, are self-motivated, and have a talent for building relationships, this role is for you. Compensation includes a base salary plus monthly commission.

What You’ll Do
