Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA in Irvine, CA is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in our SME market. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging with decision-makers and delivering value through our technology and service solutions.

You will present virtually and in person to C‑Suite audiences, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in a full cycle closing role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or sales automation platforms is strongly desired.
• Experience presenting to C‑Suite, virtual and in-person.
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, inside sales, customer success, operations, and enablement.
