NECI, a leading automation solutions provider, is seeking an Account Executive to manage customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and drive revenue across the full sales cycle. You will partner with product, services, marketing, and operations to deliver solutions and exceed client expectations.

The role may be at Account Executive I or II level, depending on experience, with travel up to 50% and emphasis on building long-term client partnerships in the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; BS degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
• Typically 1–5 years in sales, business development, or account management.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts while building long-term relationships.
• Develop new accounts, expand existing relationships, and drive revenue.
• Support or lead account planning, discovery, and proposal development.
• Engage customers at multiple levels and maintain professionalism throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop account strategies for near-term and long-term growth.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Service, Operations, and cross-functional partners.
• Travel locally or regionally up to 50% as needed.
