Job summary

Novatech is hiring an Account Executive for the Columbia, SC Metropolitan Area. You will open new doors, develop client relationships, and grow market share while managing your own book of business in a portfolio of Managed Information Technology, Print, Cloud, and Security solutions.

The role offers base salary, car allowance, and uncapped commissions, with a strong emphasis on prospecting, ongoing development, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• B2B outside sales experience required.
• Experience within technology, managed services, office technology, telecommunications, software, or a related industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar customer relationship management platform.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Residence within the Columbia Metropolitan Area or reasonable commuting distance to support the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building
• Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on revenue growth and market expansion
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
• Identify client challenges and recommend solutions that align with their business goals
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline with discipline and consistency
• Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking within Salesforce
• Partner with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Establish a strong presence within the Columbia business community
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales activity and revenue goals
