About the role:

Build meaningful relationships with small and medium-sized businesses to deliver a world-class GTM experience. You'll engage prospects through inbound and outbound channels, manage a high-performing pipeline, and exceed sales targets. You'll shape effective sales strategies and messaging by understanding customer needs and decision-making. This role offers the chance to shape strategy, grow our customer base, and take on increasing responsibility during a key growth phase at Settle.

What you'll do:

  • Build and manage your velocity sales pipeline by prospecting via phone, emails, and social at different points in the customer journey: discovery, qualification, decision, and onboarding.
  • Exercise and master advisory selling of the Settle platform.
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce to forecast revenue accurately.
  • Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently.
  • Be a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape.
  • Support our customers through account setup and activation.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.
What you'll need:
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within Inventory Management Software (IMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and/or AP-related products.
  • Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales org).
  • Be resourceful and thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments.
  • Ability to take ownership and initiative, creatively problem solve, collaborate, and influence.
  • Experience using: Salesforce, Scratchpad, Apollo, and Chorus.
Nice to have:
  • Understanding of CPG/e-comm industry.
Compensation:

This role has an annual starting salary range with base + OTE of between $120,000 - $160,000 + equity + benefits. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to your individual skills and experience.
