What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Present retirement plan and flexible spending account products to decision-makers and end users to close new sales
- Schedule appointments and visit potential referral sources, particularly within the financial advisor community
- Prospect for new clients through various methods, including telephone calls and local marketing initiatives
- Analyze prospects' needs to determine suitable products, making referrals when necessary
- Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience at the employer and successful completion of required training programs
- 2 years of experience in relevant sales or sales management
- Strong ability to project a positive image and uphold the employer's reputation
- Willingness to travel outside of geographical territory for conferences and training sessions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce.com for managing prospects and sales notes
- Proven track record in lead generation and closing sales effectively
- Familiarity with retirement plans and flexible spending accounts
- Participation in training sessions and self-study modules to enhance product knowledge
