What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Present retirement plan and flexible spending account products to decision-makers and end-users to close new sales
- Schedule appointments and visit referral sources, particularly within the financial advisor community
- Utilize various prospecting methods, including telephone outreach and local marketing programs, to secure new clients
- Analyze prospects’ needs to recommend appropriate products and ensure client satisfaction
- Complete and submit accurate business paperwork and maintain records in Salesforce.com for seamless service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience with successful completion of required training programs
- 2 years of experience in sales or sales management
- Strong analytical skills to determine client needs and interests
- Ability to project a positive image and uphold the employer's reputation
